Segway Lawsuit Returns to District Court

In this two page Order, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit vacated a district court order dismissing a class-action lawsuit originally filed against Disney by three disabled individuals. The Eleventh Circuit’s decision sends the case back to the district court for, among other things, “a determination as to whether the claims of the named plaintiffs are typical of the claims of the class and whether they are adequate representatives of the class.”
