Thomas Wade Young was recently honored with the opportunity to speak to members of the Central Florida Compensation & Benefits Association regarding the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) – the law pejoratively or affectionately, depending on one’s viewpoint, as “Obamacare.” The talk was entitled PPACA & SCOTUS: It’s Constitutional.
